Is post-construction cleaning really necessary?

Yes! After construction or renovation, there’s a layer of fine dust and debris that regular cleaning just doesn’t handle. A professional post-construction clean removes that buildup and gets the space ready for move-in, staging, or final inspection. It’s the finishing touch your project deserves.

How much does post-construction cleaning cost?

It depends on the size of the space, how dirty it is, and what needs to be done. We’ll give you a fast, free estimate based on your project so you know exactly what to expect.

How long does a post-construction clean take?

Most post-construction cleans take between 6–10 hours, depending on the size of the home and how much dust or debris is left behind. We’ll give you a time estimate when you book.

Do you clean outside windows too?

No—we only clean the inside of the windows, including the tracks, sills, and removal of factory stickers. If the inside window is out of reach (higher than a 6-foot ladder can safely reach), we won’t be able to clean it.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes, we bring everything we need to get the job done, including vacuums, small ladders, and cleaning products. The only thing we need on-site is access to water and power.

When should I book a post-construction clean?

Book once all trades have finished and any final touch-ups are done. We recommend scheduling a clean just before possession or staging, when everything is out of the way and ready for a deep clean.

What do we have to do to prepare for the clean?

Before we arrive, please make sure all trades are finished, tools and equipment are removed, and the home is empty. A bit of dust is no problem—that’s what we’re here for—but large debris should be cleared ahead of time so we can focus on the fine details.

Do you clean commercial spaces as well?

We sure do! We clean everything from new homes and renos to retail stores, offices, and small commercial spaces. If your project needs that final polish, we’re happy to help.
