PT Cleaning Jobs – Saskatoon

Sparkle Time Cleaning is growing, and we’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented people to join our cleaning crew in Saskatoon and surrounding communities. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time if you want more hours.

We handle all kinds of jobs — from homes and offices to move-outs, deep cleans, and even post-construction. You’ll get on-site training, all cleaning supplies provided, and a flexible schedule that fits real life. Some jobs are during the day, others in the evenings or on weekends — but we always try to keep things flexible for our team.

Hourly wage starts at $20–27/hr, depending on your experience. We’re looking for the kind of person who would bend down to pick up a piece of trash when no one’s looking.

• Previous experience in residential, commercial, or construction cleaning is a bonus, but not required.
• Experience working independently or in small teams.
• Comfort with a variety of cleaning tasks: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, vacuuming, etc.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (you’ll need to get to different job sites).
• Cell phone required for communication and scheduling.
• Must be legally able to work in Canada.
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.

Skills

• Attention to detail — you see the spots other people miss.
• Strong time management — you know how to hustle without cutting corners.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Friendly, professional attitude with clients and teammates.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, and be on your feet while cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Tackle a variety of cleaning jobs: homes, offices, move-outs, deep cleans, and post-construction.
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing bathrooms and kitchens — the works.
• Follow client checklists and instructions to make sure every job sparkles.
• Safely use cleaning supplies and equipment provided.
• Travel to job sites in Saskatoon and surrounding communities.
• Communicate with the team and clients in a friendly, professional way.
• Show up on time, ready to work, and take pride in a job well done.
